About MEAD

MEAD is a non-profit program that is motivating high school students to perform with excellence in academics and divinity.  The purpose is to positively charge the learning environment of the students to encourage them beyond their surroundings and expose them to the possibilities of their greatest dreams.  Our target student population are those of low-income families. Recipients must meet the MEAD Scholarship Board's criteria of a 3.0 GPA, posses proven leadership skills, apply and be excepted to a four-year college. MOTIVATING EXCELLENCE Excellence requires one to know himself/herself: character, integrity, and ethics. ACADEMICS Periodic check-ins with the parent and student applicant will be done by the licensed and credentialed professional to ensure the student applicant is on track and ready to provide any assistance required to course-correct. DIVINITY Student applicants will begin to understand what faith is, how to believe God for what seems impossible, being loved by the Father, loving others, and themselves. BY GRACE Sowing good seed into fertile ground and giving away cars to high school seniors.
